From design to completion

The wishes of the customer or client are at the center of every construction project. The client is involved in the entire project from design to completion. Surgoed Construction & Infra attaches great importance to your wishes, requirements and expectations. Both at the beginning and during the project, we involve the client. In this way, we can deliver any project successfully and qualitatively.

Intake interview

Our operation is transparent and always the same. We start with an intake interview. During this conversation, we gauge the client’s needs and identify expectations. We discuss the entire project and analyze the domain or property. Then, based on this information, we can communicate an indication of the price to the customer. We do not use a standard price per square meter, but determine the price for each project individually. In this way, we treat each project individually and can apply a correct asking price. If desired, we can also provide a custom quote where the customer receives an overview of the price per square meter.

Start of the project

Then we can get started on the project. We create a 3D design of the desired result. The client provides his modifications and comments after which we finalize the design. Then we can start the construction project and start the construction work. Even during the project, the client remains closely involved in the works. We always seek his advice and opinion if decisions need to be made. We also leave the making of all choices to the customer. We inform him extensively throughout the project and stay in touch. The client is involved in the project from design to completion. We believe that only through this method of working can we deliver quality and satisfy our customers.
